Ingredients:
4 C Cooked Turkey (shredded)
2 C Cream Cheese
3/4 C Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Jalapeño Diced
1 Serrano Pepper Diced (or more)
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Spring Roll Wrapper
Sauce:
12oz Frozen Cranberries
1 C Orange Juice
1 C Granulated Sugar
1 tbs Orange Zest
1 tsp Ground Ginger
Directions:
1. Shred the cooked turkey, then add a diced jalapeno, serrano pepper, Monterey Jack cheese, and cream cheese into a bowl. Season to taste with garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add more cream cheese if you want an extra creamy texture!
2. Roll the chicken mix into spring roll wrappers (or egg roll wrappers, tortillas, etc.) and seal with a little water + cornstarch mixture.
3. Deep fry at 350°F for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy. You can also brush with oil and air fry at 400°F for 4-5 minutes on each side.
For the Sauce:
1. Bring to a boil the cranberries, orange juice, sugar, orange zest and ginger in a saucepan.
2. Reduce to a simmer for 10 minutes or until desired consistency is met.
3. Serve at room temperature.
