What is the Booking Incentive Program?

Explore Elk Grove is proud to showcase the city of Elk Grove as a premier destination for meetings and events in the Sacramento region. With traditional accommodations and out-of-the-box spaces, there is a venue for every group, season, and celebration.

The Booking Incentive Program aims to foster events that contribute to the community's economic, social, and health well-being, encouraging repeat visits. We are excited to work alongside you to plan and execute your vision. Our grant funding allows your ideas to become a reality.

How will the program benefit my event?

Explore Elk Grove’s Booking Incentive Program is designed to add value to your event and deliver additional amenities to your attendees. If awarded, grant funding can be used to help offset meeting space and field rentals, meals, transportation, and much more. The program will ultimately help your bottom line and deliver additional value.

Do I qualify?

Our team is excited to learn about your meeting or event. From festivals and concerts to sports tournaments and corporate meetings, our Booking Incentive Program services a wide range of events.

To qualify, we ask that your event is planned, presented, and played in Elk Grove or in close proximity with confirmed room blocks in Elk Grove. When awarding incentives, the Explore Elk Grove Board of Directors places emphasis on economic impact, confirmed room nights, media/ TV coverage and overall economic impact. How do I apply?

We are enthusiastically accepting applications for the Booking Incentive Program. To apply, complete the application here. Please note that applications must be completed and returned to Explore Elk Grove no later than three (3) months prior to the event's start date.
