18 Grams Coffee & Tea brought a midtown vibe to Elk Grove with their unique and well-designed cafe. From the full wall mural by artist Franceska Julianna to the 8-foot carved California-shaped table, the decor is unlike anything in Elk Grove. There are so many lovely small details everywhere you look. That level of beauty and attention to detail extends to the drinks. You can find brewed coffee and regular espresso drinks as well as the House Specials. Using locally roasted coffee, 18 Grams House Specials are true works of art. Delicate latte foam art is adorned with flowers or spices or chocolate words - these are no run of the mill drinks. Even the iced teas and lemonades are beautifully layered and garnished. Each and every item tastes as delicious as it looks. Most important, 18 Grams wanted to provide a space for the community. They're open late to give students a place to study and friends a place for fellowship. They host community events such as car shows and Lunar New Year's Lion Dancing.
