Overview
Join our winemaker and his family for an elevated experience here at the winery. This is a four-course meal catered by Jackson Catering, with passed appetizers, salad, a main course, and dessert—all perfectly paired with our wines.
The menu will include:
- Passed appetizers: Caprese Bruschetta with Fresh Mozzarella, Basil, and Extra Virgin Olive Oil on Grilled Country Bread; Marinated Grilled Prawn with Roasted Red Pepper Romesco; Pastry Pear Purse with French Brie, Pear Compote, House Candied Pecans
- Salad: Harvest Salad with Sliced Apples, Citrus Segments, Crumbled Gorgonzola, Candied Pecans, Fresh Herbs, and Red Wine Vinaigrette
- Main Course: Carved New York Loin with House Demi Glace; Fall Pasta with Green Beans, Mushrooms, and Gruyere Cream Sauce; Seasonal Vegetable Succotash
- Dessert: Butter Toffee Bundt Cake with Creme Anglaise and Candied Pecans
