Overview

This event is for teens 13-18 and aims to destigmatize and raise awareness about the critical issue of mental health in the teen population. It will provide you with a wealth of resources to improve your mental well-being and opportunities to make new friends, participate in physical activities, hear life-changing advice from guest keynote speakers, and enjoy delicious food, music, and games. You'll even have the opportunity to earn service hours!

Time: 10am - 2 pm
