You’ll start by tasting through a selection of our wines and getting an insider’s look at how we create the blends you love. Then, it’s your turn to roll up your sleeves and dive in—experiment with different combinations, taste, compare, and discover the perfect balance. We’ll also work together to create two additional blends for you to enjoy and compare.

Finally, the real magic happens! Using the techniques you’ve learned, you’ll customize your own unique holiday blend—perfect for gifting or savoring during the holidays. Your custom creation will be bottled, labeled, and ready for you to take home and enjoy.
